Частые вопросы про мунбуты

1. How to choose a size?

A pair of moon boots comes in three sizes: 35-38, 39-41, 42-44, and 45-47. For example, if you have a size 37, you need a size 35-38. They are very soft on the inside, and the liner molds to the shape of your foot. If you have a size 38 or 39, for example, and are unsure whether you need a size 35-38 or 39-41, we can tell you from experience that they break in very well and you can get a size 36-38. However, you should try them on first, as the fit is very individual. If you have the opportunity, you can always try on moon boots in our store. We can also ship them to you via Nova Poshta.

2. Which is the left and which is the right?

When new, moon boots don't have a left or right design. Once you start wearing them, your body temperature molds them to your feet.

3. Are they waterproof?

The upper material is water-repellent and provides maximum protection from moisture. Moon boots are suitable for walking in snow and drifts; they're designed for temperatures as low as -35°C. However, if you stand in a deep puddle, they might get wet, as they're not rubber boots; they have seams and joints.

4. What are the laces for?

The laces are purely decorative; they're not meant to be tightened; otherwise, the moon boots will quickly lose their appearance.

5. Where are they made?

Since 2014, they've also been manufactured in Ukraine. But, having been selling moon boots since 2010, we noticed an immediate improvement in the quality of the soles, making them more durable. Original moon boots were always made in Eastern Europe, never in Asia.

6. How to care for them?

Wash off salt and chemicals as often as possible. Don't store them in a bag. Preferably in a box or on a shelf with adequate ventilation.

7. What's the warranty?

The warranty is valid for three months from the date of purchase or until March 15th. It does not cover mechanical damage, such as if the sole is damaged mechanically or if the moon boots are over-laced. Please note that Moon Boots are not everyday footwear intended for use in harsh urban conditions.

In the event of a warranty claim, the process is as follows: you send us a photo of the defect. If we believe it is indeed a defect, we forward the data to the manufacturer, who will review the case and then provide a response. This typically takes about one month.

8. Do you ship cash on delivery?

We ship, but we require prepayment.

9. I received my moonboots by cash on delivery, and the size doesn't fit. I want different sizes. What should I do?

Reject the ones that don't fit. You previously made a prepayment, which covers the shipping costs for this particular pair. The prepayment is non-refundable, either in full or in part. If you want to order more, you must prepay again for the next shipment.
